Photo Reproduction & Scan Fees

Please consult with SEAA staff regarding reproduction requests.  In many instances, the SEAA retains the only extant copy of the project work. Some items are too fragile to undergo scanning or photocopying.  Reprographic requests will be assessed on an item-by-item basis.

Over-Sized Scanning (2-4 weeks, excluding weekends & holidays)

Large drawings and prints exceeding 11 x 16"

$100 set-up fee charged per request

*Full-sized copies only, no reduced/enlarged copies made

Photographic Prints / Digital Files (3-4 weeks, excluding weekends & holidays)

Flatbed & large artwork scanning up to 11 x 16"

Photocopies (3-5 days, excluding weekends & holidays)

The Southeastern Architectural Archive has limited photocopying capabilities.  Many of the SEAA's holdings are too fragile for standard photocopying machines.  Please consult with a staff member before assuming photocopying is an option.

The above fees do not include shipping or delivery costs. PRE-PAYMENT is required on all requests.  Checks should be made payable to "Southeastern Architectural Archive" and remitted to:
